Welcome to Fitofy. By using the app, you agree to these terms. They’re written to be readable — please read them.
Fitofy is a personal training app that provides a structured football-comeback program, workout logging, progress tracking, and an AI coach. It’s a fitness and motivation tool — nothing more.
Fitofy does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The program, the AI coach, and any guidance (including content related to Osgood-Schlatter or other knee conditions) are for general informational and motivational purposes only. Always consult a doctor, physiotherapist, or qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise program — especially when recovering from an injury or experiencing pain. Stop any activity that causes pain and seek professional advice. You use the app at your own risk.
Fitofy is intended for a young athlete used with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. By creating or supervising an account, a parent or guardian accepts these terms on the athlete’s behalf and is responsible for use of the app.
The AI coach generates responses automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Treat its suggestions as general encouragement and information, not as professional, medical, or nutritional advice. Use your own judgment and consult a professional when it matters.
Fitofy is a personal project provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time, and we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the app will be error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fitofy and its creator are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your use of the app. Your use is at your own risk.
We may update these terms over time. We’ll update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Fitofy means you accept the updated terms.
