Privacy Policy

Fitofy is a personal football-comeback training app. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep things simple: we only collect what the app needs to work for you.

What we collect

• Account info — your name and login credentials, so we can sync your program across devices.
• Training data — workouts logged, knee-check entries, nutrition check-ins, progress, and program settings you enter.
• AI coach messages — the questions you ask the coach and the context needed to answer them.
• Push notification tokens — only if you opt in to reminders, so we can deliver them to your device.

How we use it

We use your data solely to run the app — to load your program, track progress, power the AI coach, and send reminders you’ve enabled. We do not sell your data, and we don’t use it for advertising.

The AI coach

When you message the coach, the relevant text is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a response. It is processed to answer your question and is not used to train their models. Don’t share sensitive medical information you wouldn’t want processed by a third-party service.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored in a managed Postgres database (Neon) and transmitted over encrypted connections. Access is limited to the account that created it and the app administrator.

Children’s privacy

Fitofy is designed to be used by a young athlete under the supervision of a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian sets up the account and is responsible for the data entered. If you’re a parent and want data removed, contact us using the details below.

Your choices

• You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time.
• You can turn push notifications on or off from your device settings.
• You can stop using the app and ask us to delete your account.

Changes

If we update this policy, we’ll change the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
