Ah, business travel. I think most of us have a love/hate relationship with it. There are some wonderful things about it such as seeing new places, eating the local fare and meeting with (hopefully) interesting customers. The problem with me, is that the last thing I want to do after a day and night of working and entertaining, is wake up in the morning, get presentable enough to drag ourselves down to the gym and workout. 

Now, there are HUGE benefits to hitting the hotel gym, and there will be a new Hotel Workout (Gym Style) coming out, but for now, let's focus on what can be done in the room.

We recommend doing this every single day you are traveling to keep you sane and give you at least a false sense that all the traveling and eating won't be that bad for you! Although we have recommended sets and reps, everyone is different, so feel free to change up the reps.
